MESA, Ariz. — With less than two weeks remaining until Opening Day, the A's roster is finally starting to find some clarity. An eight-man bullpen was becoming increasingly likely with A's starting pitchers continuously struggling to pitch deep into games, but Jharel Cotton's recent diagnosis
